Signal Collector 0.10.0

READY FOR GOOGLE PLAY

- The production identity of the app is app.signalcollector, with version code 20 / name 0.10.0.
- A release AAB no longer builds without the upload key; the silent fallback to a debug signature is gone.
- The target version is Android 16 / API 36.
- Links in the app point to the canonical domain signalcollector.app.

CZECH, ENGLISH AND UNITS

- English is the default fallback and Czech remains a full translation.
- The language can be switched for Signal Collector alone in the system app settings.
- Collection state is typed; errors are no longer recognised by translated words.
- Units can follow the phone automatically, or be forced to metric or imperial.
- Distance and location accuracy speak metres/kilometres and feet/miles. The database and the export always stay in SI.
- Counts use separators by language: 1,234,567 in en-US and non-breaking 1 234 567 in Czech.

RELEASE FIXES

- Updating the notification safely handles a permission revoked while running.
- Reading the SIM safely handles a permission revoked between the check and the system call.
- JSch 2.28.6 brings a security fix limiting decompressed SSH packets, plus newer host key fixes.
- All unit tests and the Android lint are part of the release check.

FACELIFT WITHOUT A UX CHANGE

- A new lighter and darker colour system raises the contrast between the background, the cards and the active state.
- Corner radii, typography and spacing gained unified design tokens.
- The active measurement, the warnings and the export stay in the same places and are operated exactly as in 0.9.2.

WEB AND STORE

- The website, the help, the data dictionary and the privacy policy describe 0.10.0.
- The privacy URL is publicly reachable with no robot blocking; the rest of the site stays noindex.
- Materials for the store listing are ready, with a 512×512 icon and a 1024×500 feature graphic.
